About me
In his role as President and Chief Technology Officer, Dr Rogers leads Research and Development, New Product Development and Design functions across TVS Motor Company, Norton Motorcycles, and e-mobility businesses. He brings extensive global automotive experience, having worked in the industry for 42 years, and is widely recognised for his tenure as Board Member and Executive Director, Product Engineering at Jaguar Land Rover, where he led global product engineering, vehicle delivery and technology research. During his time, he played an important role in building the company's product and architecture, advancing electrification technology, and embedding modern engineering and development systems across global teams in the UK, China, Europe and other markets. Additionally, he has held substantial executive positions within Ford and BMW.
At TVS Motor Company, Dr Rogers is focused on technology excellence and delivering globally competitive products for TVS and Norton, as well as the expanding electric mobility portfolio. He is known for his strong engineering discipline, hands-on leadership style, and his ability to translate advanced engineering into competitive, high-quality vehicles.
